The app runs and processes your data locally. It does not send your voice, notes, or chat messages to an external service for AI processing.
No hosted note account
Afterthought is for local personal notes, not a hosted workspace.
Your notes are kept on your own device rather than in an Afterthought cloud account.
Model downloads
The app may download model files into its own local storage so AI features can run on your device.
Model download requests are for getting those files onto your phone, not for uploading your recordings, chat messages, or generated note content.
